32GB Compact Flash Card from GreenHouse
GreenHouse has presented a couple of new Compact Flash cards, with the maximum capacity being 32GB. It can be considered a good option to use as a card on your digital camera, because it supports UDMA which in the end provides better transfer rates when reading/writing data.
Codenamed GH-CF-GTX, the cards have a read speed of 37MB/sec, and a writing speed of 19MB/s, that is, while using the UDMA high speeds. An interesting feature to take note is ECC – Error Control Code – that instead of corrupting files, it can detect errors and repair data automatically. There will be 4 models available:
4GB – $70
8GB – $100
16GB – $170
32GB – $260
