The software you should be looking for is called ProFORMA which stands for Probabilistic Feature-based On-line Rapid Model Acquisition. The software was developed by a team from the Department of Engineering at the Cambridge University in England. The only thing that you have to do is to rotate the object you want to scan and the software should take care of the rest.
