It’s hard to believe that the 2000-2009 decade is coming to a close, and I don’t even know what to formally call it. It’s hard to believe that ten years ago we didn’t have You Tube, Viral videos were slow to download, and we were all wondering if that Y2K paranoia really was legit.
In this decade, any hack with a camera could be a sensation thanks to the power of streaming video, which just kept getting better as the decade wore out.
Submitted for your approval is this YouTube video with a decade worth of internet video memes. It is a tribute to the amateur shooters of the last decade. They include the Star Wars kid, keyboard cat, and everything else that we saw fit to waste our time watching. One word: enjoy.
