JVC has announced a new DVD Writer, the JVC CU-VD20 which is compatible with the new hard disk camcorders by JVC. One can burn movies onto DVDs without hooking up to the PC and all they need is an USB cable and an Everio camcorder. Users can also use it as an external hard disk drive for PCs and the CU-VD20 is compatible with models (GZ-MG: 575,555,275,255 and 155). CU-VD20 will be available from the end of February 2007.
