SD Card with Built-in USB Connector Launches in Korea

No matter how many pictures you have stored in your memory card, connecting it to your laptop or PC can be a hassle because not all have a memory card reader. Of course, new models have a card reader for sure but it can be an annoying problem if you don’t have one.
In South Korea, a simple yet very clever design is created – a small SD memory card with a built-in USB connector so you will have another option in case there’s no card reader or vice versa. Just insert the card to its black plastic case and you will have a ready SD memory card. After saving photos, just remove the plastic case and plug it to your USB port. No need to bring your USB cable all the time.
This is available in 2 types – T-type and L-type – but have the same price tag of 19,900 Korean won or $21 for 1 GB, pretty expensive for a regular memory card though.
