Gary Fong who has in the past come up with some nifty accessories to enhance one's photography recently launched the ChromeDome. In fact the ChromeDome is already sold out and Fong will restock soon.

The ChromeDome will increase light output dramatically while still keeping the diffusion properties. It looks pretty simple but Fong believes it works wonder! The ChromeDome has been designed to work great with Fong's other invention Lightsphere® Cloud Model.

"There is an open top to allow clear light to hit the ceiling. A chrome-plated kicker panel blows light forward, while the inverted bowl blasts more light into the bowl, brightening the bowl."
