The Sunpak PZ42X TTL auto flash promises to enhance flash photography and is compatible with Nikon, Canon and Sony digital cameras ( i-TTL and D-TTL, for Nikon, E-TTL and E-TTL II for Canon and ADI and P-TTL for Sony α ) and film SLR cameras. The flash also has a Power Saving Standby mode and a built-in auto focus aid light.

The shoe-mount electronic flash unit comes equipped with a power zoom-bounce flash head, which covers a distance of 24-105mm. The flash is powered by two AAA cells and one also comes across an illuminated LCD control panel that provides vital info like; flash exposure confirmation and a subject distance range. The Sunpak PZ42X will be available from April 24th in Japan for approximately 19,000 Yen ($160).

The cameras just keep coming! Check out the new Acer CU-7530 digital camera whose USP is its slim body! Not much is known about this shooter from the press release so forgive me for keeping it short!

The Acer CU-7530 digital camera has a 7.4 megapixel resolution, in addition to a lens which is capable of 4.4x digital zoom a and 3x optical. In fact on combining both the digicam is able to achieve an impressive 12x total zoom. The Acer CU-7530 has also been equipped with a 2.5 LCD and includes a whole plethora of Scene Modes and settings. No word on pricing or availability.
