Adobe Systems has released an update to the Adobe Reader software which allows anyone to to open and read PDF files on a computer. The new and improved Adobe Reader 8 includes a streamlined interface with user customizable toolbars plus graphics processing unit (GPU) acceleration. This helps in enhancing the overall performance when opening memory hogging or graphics-intense PDF files. The Adobe Reader 8 is ideal for “exchange between enterprises, government agencies, constituents and consumers who view, print, search, digitally sign and collaborate with PDF files.”
