Apple updates MacBook Pro line, lowers price

The go to computing solution for any aspiring photography enthusiast is arguably the MacBook Pro with its ease of us and robust image editing software line up. However, the high price has kept the much sought after machine out of reach for those who would benefit from its use.
Luckily, Apple has gone ahead and updated the entire line of MacBook Pros along with introducing models priced much lower than their predecessors.
All new models will be getting a non-removable 7-8 hour battery along with Firewire and SD card ports. Two ports that will make the life of a photographer much easier than before.
Previously priced at $1,999 for the base model, Apple will now offer a MacBook Pro starting at just $1,199. However, the model is only 13 inches with the 15 incher starting at $1,699 and the 17 incher at $2,499 all priced significantly lower than what they were previously.
So what have you, will you be purchasing one of the new MacBook Pros?
