At Least Dell’s Pad Has A Camera…For Now
So if you’ve been paying attention to any kind of tech news over the last few days, you know that all eyes are on the Apple iPad, which for some reason was named despite the fact that Mad TV actually did a sketch about a feminine hygiene product of the same name.
Anyway, hot on the heels of that particular product announcement was the Dell version, which featured a whole slug of new and interesting features, but the one we care about is that it will in fact have a FIVE MEGAPIXEL CAMERA.
Now, that’s actually unusual, considering that Apple’s product didn’t see fit to add a camera attachment, yet somehow, Dell’s did. It’s been an issue of some contention as to why Apple, product design superstars, saw fit to exclude a camera from the iPad, though some say it’s a dead issue anyway as the camera part will be “coming soon” anyway.
But if you want a tablet with camera, you’ll have to get a Dell…at least for now.
