The new BenQ C740 may not have a 10 MP resolution like big brother CD1000 but it does look equally promising. When it comes to features the digicam is able to impress us with its resolution of 7 megapixels and the image shake free mode which ensure sharper and better results.

Like the new crop of BenQ cameras this one too has modes like ProgramAE/Aperture Priority/Shutter Priority/Manual or PASM mode. These settings let one decide how much creative control they want as one can switch to manual settings or automatic settings. The digicam is equipped with a 3x optical SMC (Super Multi-Coating) Pentax lens and a 2.5 LCD. Other features found on the digicam include; 13 Scene Modes, A Movie Recording Mode and a 16:9 resolution. Nothing else is known about the digicams and we shall keep you updated.
