CANON 830i /810 MULTIFUNCTION FACSIMILE DEVICES
Canon U.S.A., a brand leader in the U.S. copier market, recently introduced the facsimile-based multifunction LASER CLASS 830i and 810 models its two new models for high-volume offices and workgroups. The new LASER CLASS devices go beyond rich facsimile features and offer fast speeds of about to 45 images-per-minute for scanning and 23 pages-per-minute ppm for letter-sized print and copying. The two models are expected to become a complete solution to the users all printing requirements.
Both LASER CLASS 830i and 810 models feature Super G3 high-speed facsimile functions for utmost performance and dependability. The devices sport a 50-sheet Auto Duplexing Feeder and have got a three second-per-page transmission rate, thus the documents can be sent speedily and easily at sizes up to 11 X 17-inches. The 830i model scans documents at up to 45 ipm, on the other hand the model 810 scans at up to 37 ipm (100/200 dpi, letter).
With Canon’s proprietary Ultra Fast Rendering print technology, the 830i models print through the USB 2.0 interface or combination with organizations already existing network to print letter-sized documents at up to 23 pages per minute. The LASER CLASS 830i and 810 from Canon will be available through the company’s authorized dealers at a suggested retail price of $2,995 and $2,695, respectively but there is no word on the date of arrival of the devices in the market till now.
