Canon USA Inc., recently announced its multi-function device Color imageRUNNER C5185 which received five stars from BERTL Inc. BERTL gave stars to MFP based on 13 categories and the reliable device gets five stars in copying and printing delivering high speed for color and monochrome documents

“Canon’s Color imageRUNNER C5185 proved to be a solid mid- to high-volume color imaging system with many exceptional features and capabilities to recommend it,” said Terry Wirth, director, Research and Analysis, BERTL. “Overall image quality, a hallmark with Canon imaging products, was rock-solid in both black-and-white and color modes, and printer and copier modes.”

The MFP is based on Canon’s Send and MEAP architecture. Using print controller options like imagePASS-H1, Canon UFR/PCL/PS Kit and ColorPASS-GX200, the device is perfect for professional environment. The 100-sheet Single-Pass Duplexing Automatic Document Feeder ensures fast scanning upto 600dpi at 51ppm speed.
