Canon EOS 5D Mark II 2.0.3 Firmware Recalled



The Canon EOS 5D Mark II 2.0.3 firmware update went as fast as it came. Apparently a malfunction in the manual recording levels for C1/C2/C3 were seen as the issue, resulting in the camera being unable to record audio when the power is turned off.

The update has been pulled out from the site for now as Canon seeks to remedy the problem. Sadly, there is no definite time frame on when the patched up version would be made available.
