Canon HF21 Camcorder Review–A Lot of Camera For A Lot of Money

I’ve always enjoyed trying out Canon hardware if for no other reason than Canon knows its stuff when it comes to cameras.  It’s not hard to put out some really great stuff when you’ve had decades of practice, and Canon has definitely had that.  So it’s not really much of a surprise to be telling you that the Canon HF 21 is a good quality camcorder with lots of great features.

The Canon HF21 is a 3.8 megapixel camcorder with 15x optical zoom, a 2.7 inch LCD monitor, DIGIC DV III image processor, advanced AE and instant autofocus, optical image stabilizer (a must for those long range shots), face detection, digital still photo mode, sixty four gigs of onboard memory, USB interface and video editing software included.

Like I said, the Canon HF21 is a great quality camcorder that looks fantastic and will make your movies and images look even better.  But you WILL pay for this kind of quality, and pay out the nose.  This thing retails for a thousand bucks.  Naturally, deals abound, so keep your eyes front for a sale.  But still, this is definitely a lot of cash to lay out even though you get plenty of camera for the dollar.
