Canon, a leader in providing imaging and printing solutions has expanded its printer line up with the new imagePRESS C6000VP and imagePRESS C6000 models. Both these models are designed after a thorough research of the needs of the users and therefore ensure highest color image quality and high durability.

“Since its launch in June 2007, the imagePRESS C7000VP has set the standard for color image quality and productivity in the digital production print market,” said Janet Cain, senior director, Production Systems, Canon U.S.A. “The new imagePRESS C6000VP/C6000 continues that tradition of high-end performance and reliability delivered by the original imagePRESS device at a price point that will expand our reach and meet the needs of a wider array of production customers.”

Complementing Canon imagePRESS C6000VP and imagePRESS C6000, Canon has also introduced several new print controllers like imagePRESS Server A3100 and A2100. Moreover, Canon also introduced the Perfect Binder that will provide simple operation making both Canon imagePRESS C6000VP and imagePRESS C6000 easy to use with no operator intervention.

Canon imagePRESS C6000VP and imagePRESS C6000 printers can print up to 1200 x 1200 dots-per-inch (dpi) resolution. Canon imagePRESS C6000VP and imagePRESS C6000 will be available in the market at $155,000 and $99,000 respectively through Canon authorized dealers and Canon Business Solutions.
