Canon IXUS 1000 HS Digital Camera



The Canon IXUS lineup is about to celebrate its 10th birthday and as a gift to the customers there is new camera, the IXUS 1000 HS.

Besides the celebration detail this Canon camera is like any other and can be considered rather normal, it has a 10-megapixel CMOS sensor, an optical zoom lens of 10x and a 3-inch LCD screen. Other details include the Canon DIGIC 4 processor, and being able to record videos in Full HD at 24fps – frames per second.

The Canon IXUS 1000 HS has a price tag of approximately $540 and will become available for purchase in the UK on September 2010.
