Canon Resurrects Stalled Factory Plan in Japan

When the demand is high you know you have to grab the opportunity. Apparently for Canon that is the case as they have revived the supposed factory plant based in Japan due to the rising demand for their DSLR camera line.

The plant was actually shelved some months back owing to the governing economic recession. Similar to most companies, Canon was cutting down on operations cost and it seems that with the growing demand, this was more than enough reason for Canon to push through with the Japanese-based factory as the demand surges.
