Canon USA Sets Up A New Support Center For Its Professional Services Programme
Recently, Canon created a new service support center for the Canon Professional Services (CPS) programme and its location will be the Virginia Incorporated facility in Newport News, VA that’s owned by the company. This is the third service support center that’s been set up by Canon USA. The company also intends to improve its CPS hotline service by offering 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week technical support to all CPS members, which include videographers, cinematographers and filmmakers.
In addition to this, a particular, international number for customer support will be provided to professionals from the United States whenever they’re out of the country as well. Canon is also featuring a new service called Professional Rush Repair for video equipment, which is provided in two or three days to professionals who are trying to meet a deadline.
