These new camcorders from Canon were reported last month by Chris. And while they were reportedly on their way, now we have some clarity on the pricing and the nearing release date, which is next month. The Canon Vixia HF S11 HD camcorder will reportedly be retailing for $1,500 where an optional RA-V1 remote control adapter can also be added for $120.

The Canon Vixia HF S11 camcorder can pass for a great professional video camera. Among the highlights of this camera include a 64GB internal memory with an optional SDHC memory card. It carries other features that include a long-range optical image stabilization system along with extra manual controls for the seasoned users.
