Canon’s New VIXIA HV40 is a powerhouse, ready to deliver unbelievable HD video experience. The camcorder is a perfect choice for seekers amazing video quality at touch of a button. Like the rest of the VIXIA family it employs Canon’s proprietary DIGIC image processor for faster processing and brilliant results. The 2.96 Full HD CMOS image sensor and a 10x zoom lens produces true to life colors with detailed images.

The High Definition Camcorder offers SuperRange Optical Image Stabilization and Instant Auto Focus for sharper stills and clearer motion clips without blur. The VIXIA HV40 increases flexibility by offering you support for both HD and SD storage mediums. The camcorder is expected to hit the market by March however, no prices have been declared yet.
