Canon 1DS Mark iii Camera?
Now, we know everyone's favorite place is the rumor mill and you have to stretch your ears just a bit to get in on the juicy tidbits. The latest one doing the rounds is a 22-megapixel Canon camera, which came out in the form of a demo body, apparently about half the size of the 1Ds Mark II.
Canon is busy trying to make lenses that work with this baby. Hopefully the pros will not be disappointed with whatever they have up their sleeves.
While we are trying to contain our excitement, it appears that the camera will be announced during PhotoPlus Expo 2007 - in October. The event will be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in Manhattan, so you know where we will be.
