Canon imageFORMULA DR-X10C Scanner Shipping
Canon U.S.A., Inc., announced the availability of its new imageFORMULA DR-X10C High-Speed Color Document Imaging Solution for the US audience. With roots from the celebrated DR-Series, the innovative scanner combines supreme quality and super speeds for increasing efficiency. It has been optimized for high-volume, paper-intensive environments and offers a daily duty cycle of 60,000 scans with 128 ppm scanning speed in color, grayscale or monochrome.
“The Canon imageFORMULA DR-X10C scanner will spearhead Canon’s DR-Series Scanners and represents the culmination of Canon’s history in digital document imaging and innovation,” said Jim Rosetta, vice president and general manager, Imaging Filing Systems Division, Canon U.S.A., Inc. “As the flagship model, this high-end device digitally ‘cuts through’ document workloads, quickly processing paper to pixels for heavy duty environments.”
The imageFORMULA DR-X10C scanner includes Canon’s Three Step Dust Prevention system to protect scanning sensors from paper dust and attain flawless scans. The scanner features three Ultrasonic Double Feed Detection sensors, Retry Feeding system, Canon’s patented Staple Detection, Advanced Text Enhancement, Auto Color Detection and Moiré Reduction. The DR-X10C will be showcased at the AIIM On Demand between March 4th - 6th, in the Canon booth (#1416). The system is available through authorized Canon dealers immediately for an MSRP of $17,995.
