Canon U.S.A extends its line up of large format printers with a new distinctive model, the imagePROGRAF iPF9100 large format printer. Using Canon’s latest twelve-color ink system with LUCIA pigment inks and four enhanced monochrome inks iPF9100 produces unbelievable results. The iPF9100 conveniently produces 60-inch wide prints and features extensive support for the next generation color management technology "Kyuanos" used by Windows delivering suitable output color for diverse viewing conditions. In addition it also includes Canon’s easy-to-use color calibration ensuring color consistency and accuracy. The iPF9100 features L-COA controller to process high resolution files with its intelligent screen dot pattern and precise ink drop control eliminating visible dot graininess. Incorporating the Company's proprietary FINE (Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) print-head technology and dual print head design it achieves the maximum resolution of up to 2400 x 1200 dpi. The imagePROGRAF iPF9100 large format printer will be available for sale in November at MSRP of $14,995.
