Canon has targeted the SD630 it seems to meet everyone’s need and is not just a basic dig cam.
The Canon Powershot SD630 features the famous DIGIC II Image Processor for improved images and processing speeds and also sports the iSAP technology for superior image quality, faster operation and lower power consumption. One can also produce high quality full size prints without worrying about losing the image quality. The 3 inch LCD boasts of a high resolution and wider viewing angle for easy viewing and shooting. For low light situation the Night Display comes to rescue. Shooting Modes include a wide variety of subjects like Auto, Camera M, Portrait, Special Scene (Foliage, Snow, Beach, Fireworks, Underwater, Indoor, Kids & Pets, Color Accent, and Color Swap), Night Snapshot, Digital Macro, My Colors, Stitch Assist, and Movie.
The Canon SD630 incorporates ISO 800 for minimal camera shake and flash free shooting indoors. Other features which the Canon SD630 are the standard Canon including My Colors in-camera photo effects, 30fps VGA movie clips with sound, and widescreen (16:9) still image recording. For printing Canon has made the SD630 fully compatible with PictBridge and a Print/Share button leads to easy uploading and printing. It will be available in March for an estimated selling price of $399.99.
