Casio Exilim Ex-Z29 Camera Review–Another Sweet Casio
The more contact I have with Casio’s camera line, the happier I am. It seems like more and more I’m finding that these guys put out a GREAT camera. The Casio Exilim Ex-Z29 is a great example of a camera line that’s making almost all the right moves.
Very similar to the Exilim Ex-S5, the Casio Exilim Ex-Z29 is a ten megapixel camera with a 2.5 inch LCD display, ability to shoot in video mode as well as still picture mode, almost eighteen megs of onboard flash memory, and compatibility with both SD and SDHC memory cards.
The only real problem I had with this one was about the same problem I had with the Exilim Ex-S5–the buttons on the Exilim Ex-Z29 are pretty small. But aside from that, the camera itself is pretty solid, the menus are easy to work and accessible, and the onboard memory is a bit slim but still pretty good for a small entry level camera.
Even better, the price–you can get one of these for a hundred and twenty bucks on Amazon, and frankly, that’s a good price.
