Cisco’s new Cisco’s new PVC300 Pan Tilt Optical Zoom Internet Camera provides surveillance features aimed at small companies who want to keep a watchful eye on their business property and employees. Configured to operate on existing wired networks, the PVC300 supplies two-way audio in addition to full-motion live video that can be watched from virtually anywhere on an Internet-enabled PC or mobile phone.
As the name suggests, the PVC300 Pan Tilt Optical Zoom Internet Camera allows two axes of rotation to cover a broad area of view. The PVC300 can pan almost 360 degrees and tilt 120 degrees. The camera also features a 2.6x optical zoom as well as a 4x digital zoom. The Cisco PVC300 Pan Tilt Optical Zoom Internet Camera retails for around $794 U.S.
This camera is loaded with features. Cisco is doing a good job of expanding their network camera product line.
