Complete Collection Ultimate Edition from Nik Software

As far as photography and image editing is concerned, lighting plays a vital role in enhancing raw images taken. Depending on the software you are using, effects often vary. But now, Nik Software adds the Adobe Photoshop Lighting 2 support to its Complete Collection Ultimate Edition which should more or less widen the things that graphics artists and photo editors yearn for in the software they prefer to use.
“The availability of the Lightroom versions of our entire product line completes a journey that we began approximately 3 months ago to rapidly update all of our software products for Lightroom compatibility,” said Michael J. Slater president and CEO of Nik Software. “Our goal at Nik Software is to deliver the tools that photographers need on the platforms they prefer in their everyday workflow.”
With the new and up dated Complete Collection, individual software product are installed as plug-ins for the Lightroom 2. Edits made using the plug-ins within Lightroom are non-destructive in nature, with edits applied automatically to a newly generated TIFF file and not the original. Each product also takes advantage of Lightroom and its efficiencies for everyday tasks, like the ability to edit multiple images in one session, saving time for photographers.
So with life seemingly made easier with the new software, photographers who want to perk up their pictures to deliver snazzy new photos with the after effects are going to love this new software collection for sure.
The Complete Collection Ultimate Edition retails for $599.95 while the Complete Collection for Lightroom and Aperture (MSRP: $299.95 USD) are available in electronic form directly from Nik Software or in boxed versions.
