Dell recently made their new Desktop Computer with built in Webcam available. The Dell E520n Desktop Computer can be configured according to ones need and budget. The Dell E520n can be bought with either an Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4300 (1.8GHz, 800 FSB), Intel® Celeron D® Processor 347 (3.06, 533 FSB) or a Pentium® D Processor 925 with Dual Core Technology (3GHz, 800FSB).

The computer comes bundled with DOS as its operating system and you have to pay extra for Windows OS. Hard drives vary from 80GB to 250GB. You can take a look at the configurations here.
