Light weight, super sturdy and affordable price are the words that best describes Davis & Sanford’s new Traverse tripod with choice of BHQ8 or BH11 ball heads. Complementing the already extensive line of tripods by David and Sanford, this tripod will be unveiled at the CES show in Las Vegas.

The Traverse is designed to meet the needs of amateur as well as professional photographers who make use of the latest DSLR cameras. The unique folding system of the tripod lets it open up to a full size 57 inches and folds down to just 16”. To shoot down to 16” or up to 57 inches, the independent legs have 2 stops. Constructed of strong, durable and light weight aluminium, the tripod weighs a mere 3.3 lbs. Other combined features include, foam leg warmers, removable center column hook and retractable rubber feet.

The Traverse with BHQ8 and BH11 ball head are available for $119 and $169, respectively. They carry the Davis & Sanford 10-year warranty and are available through the Tiffen worldwide dealer network.
