DoCoMo of Japan has announced a new projector for their mobile phones called the F01. The F01 is compatible with Fujitsu’s Separate Keitai, a mobile phone that breaks into two parts. The projector weighs only 88 grams and produces images that measure between 5 to 66 inches in size.

It delivers an 854×480 WGA resolution, a brightness of nine lumens and boasts of a battery that can last up to 150 minutes. The device can be used to project images, digital TV programs, games, and Word/Excel/Powerpoint/PDF files. It is scheduled to be released by the end of the month in Japan for $270. No word of an international release for now.
