EFI’s Enhanced Service Program for VUTEk Superwide Printers
EFI extends support to VUTEk Superwide Printers through its Enhanced Service Program. The program is available to existing and new owners of a VUTEk printer. The program consists of three tiers of response time according customers need and location. The Critical, Proactive and Essential service tiers define the time required for the response of service technician towards the customer. A number of trained service technicians have been employed to ensure faster response and quality service to the customers. Parts, Labor, Travel and preventive maintenance will be a part of the Enhanced Service Program contracts which initially commenced from January 2008.
