Elivision 17” LCD Screen for Doors

If there is one thing that people today want to improve on is the tiny peepholes to see people before letting them in their home. And today apart from an added security measure, rather than satisfy yourself with the usual small holes, you can see them larger and clearer with this new LCD solution from Korea. It is a produce from Elivision, a 17-inch LCD display and speaker on a door.
So how does video footage get put on the door? The display is a Linux-based display, and new footage can be downloaded onto the screen via USB. Now what does a door with a screen say about the owner? Perhaps it is more about what the screen will say. Maybe something like: “I’m not home right now, please go away and do not steal my stuff, including this fancy door”.
