Epson Announced R-D1x Digital Rangefinder Camera

Epson has a new camera for us, the R-D1x digital rangefinder which has been just announced. The R-D1x will offer you a 6 megapixel APS-C CCD sensor, a 2.5-inch LCD, SDHC support of up to 32B, Epson’s EDiART image processing system and simultaneous RAW and JPEG file support. The camera will be compatible with Leica’s M and L series, just in case you want to add one of those. The camera will be available around April 9th and it will set you back around $2,000. Quite a lot for a point-and-shoot camera.
