Recently, Epson has announced the launch of its new Epson Stylus Photo R2880 A3+ Photo Printer. Designed to offer professional photographers the advanced UltraChrome K3 with Vivid Magenta pigment inks, Epson Stylus Photo R2880 Printer delivers high-quality photo prints.

Mark Robinson, Senior Product Manager at Epson commented: “Building on 40 years of research and extensive experience in imaging and printing, the introduction of the Epson Stylus Photo R2880 with UltraChrome K3 with Vivid Magenta has taken A3+ printing another step forward. The printer is able to achieve 85 percent of Pantone gamut using only eight ink cartridges as opposed to the 10 to 12 used by other systems on the market.”

Using the Epson Micro PiezoTM print head, Epson Stylus Photo R2880 Printer offers you excellent short-term color stability and a smooth tonal gradation from shadow to light. It also provides additional media support for CD and DVD printing. You can print borderless prints up to A3+ for display purposes.

Epson Stylus Photo R2880 Printer is expected to be available in the market for sale from June 2008 onwards at a suggested price of £ 569.99
