Epson presented creative professionals with a marvelous gift in the form of their new Stylus Photo R1900 A3+ printer. A recent study in Australia proves that more than 86% of professional photographers who use an A3/A3+ printer have Epson. The R1900 will replace the popular R1800 A3+ printer. Using Epson's UltraChrome Hi-Gloss2 resin coated pigment inks it produces long lasting, glossy prints resistant to water, smudge and fading on Epson Watercolour Radiant White Paper.

The R1900 integrates Epson’s Look Up Table technology to produce superior high resolution prints by determining the correct colour gradation. It includes eight individual ink cartridges comprising of cyan, magenta, yellow, red, orange, matte black, photo black and gloss optimiser. It supports a number of media types such as cut sheet, roll paper and offers direct-to-surface CD/DVD printing to personalize your digital media.

Oter features include Epson's wider advanced Micro Piezo(TM) print head with 180 nozzles per colour, Epson's Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT), direct connection to a digital camera through PictBridge and dual USB 2.0 ports.

The Epson Stylus Photo R1900 is available for purchase at all leading outlets for the cost of $1099 RRP.
