Eye-Fi SD Card Catches Thieves
I remember, when last time my watch was stolen, none of my room mates admitted the crime. It was hard to find the thief, and I had to check every corner of the house. Only before my friend Jason returned my watch in the evening which he took from my desk. Well not every thief returns things willingly, and it is never easy to catch a crook. However, the Eye-Fi Wireless SD memory card helped to catch a camera thief in Florida with $1000 worth camera gear.
During a vacation, Alison DeLauzon lost her photography equipment. It was only when she received some images sent to her home computer via internet through her Eye-Fi Wireless SD memory card. The thief foolishly sent images back to Alison’s computer while passing by an unsecured network with settings similar to the settings of the stolen gear. He sent a glimpse of his pictures along with Alison’s holiday pics.
The Eye-Fi SD card proved to be a worthy gift for Alison. The 2- GB memory card is pre-programmed to automatically connect with the internet when inserted into a camera system and transfer photographs to the user’s computer. The Eye-Fi Wireless SD memory card is available for $79.99 only.
