Flash Light Video Cam

This flashlight illuminates subjects while capturing them on video. It produces three levels of brightness from the 3-watt cool-white LED main light. Seventeen infrared LEDs also encircle the main light to provide night vision illumination up to 13′ for nighttime recording. Videos and pictures are captured at 30 fps with 640 x 480 resolution by the color CMOS sensor (night vision footage is black and white) with a 66° field of view.

Up to 15 seconds of video and 500 snapshots can be stored on the built-in 128MB memory which supports up to a 2GB mini-SD memory card. The USB port connects the flashlight to a computer to download videos. A built-in microphone records sounds clearly. The LCD signals battery life remaining, recording format, time, date, and storage capacity.  Sold at Hammacher Schlemmer for $399.95
