Fujifilm has announced the release of a new point and shoot digital camera for people who love the great outdoors and need a camera that will stand up to any weather condition or outdoor event. The Finepix Z33WP comes equipped with 10 megapixels of resolution, a 2.7 inch LCD viewing screen, and a 3x optical zoon. The Z33WP is also waterproof (up to three meters down), and comes with some high end features such as face detection and red eye technology, a button that allows users to take VGA quality movie clips, and a couple and group timer mode that allows the user to set the camera so as to be included in the shot.
A ‘blog’ mode will enable the user to do some editing right in the camera instead of using computer software. The Fujifilm Finepix Z33Wp will be offeredi n bold fun colors of bright green, pink, or black. The manufacturers suggest retail price on the Finepix Z33WP is $199.95. The camera is expected to show up in stores sometime in March.
