Fuji Presents Four New Digital Cameras
Fuji is gearing up to launch four brand new models on the consumer market. The first of these new digital cameras is the FinePix F300EXR, which packs 12 mega-pixels, ISO 12800 and 24 to 360mm mechanical zoom lens. Then there’s the Z800EXR, another 12 mega-pixel camera but it’s a more general purpose device with a 35-175mm zoom range in its lens. Next on the list is the FinePix JX280, which features a 14 mega-pixel sensor and 28-140mm lens with 5x optical zoom.
Finally, we have the S2800HD, which lies somewhere between point-and-shoot and DSLR among camera models. It has a 14 mega-pixel sensor and an 18x optical zoom lens. Scheduled to reach shelves for retail in August, the F300EXR costs $330, the Z800EXR is priced at $230 and the FinePix JX280 (being the cheapest of the four models) will be available for $150. Meanwhile, the S2800HD is due to come later in September for $260.
