Fuji Fine-Pix A820 Digital Camera

Fuji-A820.jpgThe eight-MegaPixel FinePix A820 by Fujifilm is yet another camera to be released this week and lets see what this one has to offer us. The 8MP A820 promises both affordability and functionality as it boasts of a comprehensive feature set.

The Fuji FinePix A820 boasts of Super CCD sensor technology, a 4x Optical Zoom lens and feature ISO levels of up to ISO 800. One also comes across a Picture Stabilization" mode in the dial setting which is capable of choosing the correct light sensitivity and best-matching shutter speed, and combating image noise.

The digicam features a new intuitive icon-based Graphic User Interface (GUI) and the "xD/SD Media Compatible slot"; accepts not only Fujifilm's traditional xD-Picture Cards™, but also SecureDigital™ (SD) media cards. Then there is a 2.5-inch LCD display with anti-glare properties and 16 pre-programmed scene modes for further functionality. One also is privy to IrSimple Technology which connect and transmit digital images to other IrSimple enabled devices such as other digital cameras, PDAs and photo kiosks.

The FinePix A820 will debut in May 2007 with retail prices of $179.95,
