Fuji FinePix Z3 Review

fujifilmz3zoombig2s.jpgCnet Asia has reviewed the Fujifilm FinePix Z3 and gave it a good 7.1 out of 10 rating. The camera was liked for its sleek looks, its image quality, its low light performance and its user-friendly menu. However it takes in a xD card and has no manual white balance.

The Fujifilm FinePix Z3 has a 5 Megapixel resolution and according to Fuji, the camera is for people pictures”, hence it has a number of innovative feature sets like High Sensitivity of up to 1600 ISO, Intelligent Flash and a Dual shooting mode. The camera should appeal to the fairer sex thanks to its sleek ergonomics and it also comes in colors like pink metallic. The Z3 is equipped with a 2.5 inch LCD and includes a 3x Optical Zoom Lens.

The website in the end writes "The Z3 proved itself a capable compact, with good levels of detail for its 5.1-megapixel resolution and little in the way of digital noise, unless the ISO is ramped up to max. The high ISO settings proved invaluable when shooting images in the evening, especially as the flash wavers between bleaching out subjects under a metre away and failing to light any further."
