Fujifilm 3D Camera to Deliver 3D HD Video by 2009

Fujifilm will get us some 3D HD video by 2009. Do we need that really? Well some of us will surely enjoy playing with such a baby. Fujifilm’s Finepix Real 3D system is expected to arrive sometime in 2009. It has two Fujinon lenses positioned 6-7 cm apart which capture a frame at the same time. The result is of course a stereoscopic image.

The camera will have a 2.8 inch, 230,000 pixel LCD which will show both 2D and 3D images. We’re looking at 3D HD videos, 3D pictures and 3D picture frames to join the camera. We don’t have released dates and prices but hey, one step at a time, shall we?
