For the Super CCD EXR sensor based FinePix F200EXR digital compact camera, Fujifilm has recently posted a firmware update, the Firmware v1.10. The update has improved the performance of the camera’s Super Intelligent Flash. Plus, four more languages, that are Finnish, Norwegian, Danish and Slovak has been added to its menu system as selectable languages for On Screen Display.

For successful updating, always use the fully-charged NP-50 battery or the AC adapter while updating the firmware. While the firmware is being overwritten, never attempt to use any of the camera controls or turn the camera off.

Firmware updating needs approximately 20 seconds and once you have updated it, the previous version cannot be restored.
