“It is the Worst Camera Ever Made on Earth!”

That is what Akihabara News had to say when they had the chance to try out the latest Fujifilm 3D W1 Camera which was posted by yours truly last month.

The problem is apparently the 3D mode which should be the marquee point of this camera. Using the 3D viewfinder, don’t be surprised if your eyes would start to hurt from the strains of using it. So maybe that is why they advised aspiring users to have aspirins in hand.

Also, there are limitations as far as 3D pictures are concerned. Before you get your hopes up of transferring the supposed captured 3D images to your digital photo frame, make sure that it is the Fujifilm 3D Digital Photoframe or something that can read .MPO files. If your digital photo frame doesn’t recognize this file, you can rest assure that you have to find some software to convert it.

So in all, 3D imaging as far as FujiFilm is concerned, may have constraints. Well it is a marketing thing so what can you expect. They would prefer to have their products considered before making their products compatible with the other brands! Good or bad? Well you be the judge.
