Fujitsu F-01A: Waterproof Camera Phone

If you like to take photos underwater but don’t want to buy a normal camera for those special occasions, pay attention to the new cellphone made by Fujitsu and provided by DoCoMo. It is entitled F-01A and makes use of a fingerprint sensor for better (and easier) navigation.

The Fujitsu F-01A has Symbian as the operative system, and on top of the 3.5-inch VGA touchscreen, it comes with a 5.2-megapixel camera with autofocus. Since it meets the IPX5 and IPX7 specifications, it means it can go underwater (1 meter and half) for one hour without any kind of problems. Other details include a GPS system, and 1Seg mobile TV Tuner. Sadly it seems this Fujitsu phone will only become available on Japan.
