Another new camera by General Imaging is the GE 1030 which is a part of the company's E Series and has a resolution of 10 megapixels. All the cameras in the E series are pretty much identical barring their resolution.

The GE 1030 has been outfitted with a 2.7" LCD and a 3x Zoom lens which is equivalent to 28mm wide-angle lens. One also comes across features like; USB and NTSC / PAL video connectivity, 26MB of built-in memory plus an SD / MMC card slot, and power from two AA batteries.

The new digicam by GE boasts of a pretty sleek form factor and we especially dig the black and silver casing which add a touch of chicness to the camera. The digicam has a max ISO of 3200 and includes Face Detection Technology which a picks out the face from a scene and automatically adjusts the focus and the exposure and a Image Stabilization Mode for combating image blurs.
