Hasselblad 200 megapixel camera shipping

Hasselblad, makers of very, very high end studio cameras, have announced that the new version of their H4D studio camera is shipping. And not just any model, the one with an upgraded sensor that ups the megapixel count from 50 to an astounding 200 megapixel. The new H4D-200MS is now shipping to select customers — and very rich ones.
The price of a brand new H4D-200MS is a staggering $50,000. Although if you own the old model wiht “only” 50 megapixel, Hasselbald can upgrade the new sensor for you just… $10,000. That’s almost two Nikon D3S cameras.
