HDR Camera Application for iPhone

MacPhun has released HDR Camera which is a new application for the Apple iPhone that lets you simulate a high dynamic range (HDR) photo. HDR (or High Dynamic Range Imaging) is a set of processes that allows for a larger dynamic range of luminances between light and dark areas of a scene than normal digital imaging techniques.

The purpose of HDRI is to accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes ranging from direct sunlight to shadows. This new application includes these six filters: HDR Color Plus, HDR Classis, HDR Night Mode, More Contrast, More Bloom and Bloom. You can combine the filters. The HDR Camera application is compatible with the iPhone and iPod touch and it requires iPhone 2.0 software.
