Huge loses means lower prices for you

It was recently made known that big camera makers such as Casio and Olympus have posted really big loses, like $240 million and $1.2 billion respectively big. This may sound like horrible news but take a look at it from a different perspective.
Crappy economy means less money to go around. Less money to go around means less money to spend on things like digital cameras thus resulting in these huge loses. So what are these companies to do? They can’t raise the prices to make up for the losses because that would be counterproductive. The only thing they can do is lower the prices and that is exactly what they are doing, cutting prices across the board.
So, even if you’re tight on a budget now may be the best time to buy a digital camera. Be on the look out next time you’re at your local electronics retailer for some good deals on digital cameras.
